getting real hot and real cold during the night What is up with that?

It doesn't happen everynight but it did last night and kept me up for several hours. Do I need more estrogen cream or more progesterone cream when that is happening? anyone know?

If you are still having hot flashes and chills then you are probably not in balance. Chills follow hot flashes which is the body's way of trying to cool us off. I always get a chill following my hot flashes, especially if they are moderate to severe.

You might find a doctor who will compound hormones just for you. You still have your ovaries and they continue to produce some hormones causing flutuations in levels so you may have this up and down with hormones until they finally peeter out.
