Where do I put natural progesterone cream?

Hi ladies, I bought some natural progesterone cream (usp) at the pharmacy (from behind the counter). Anyway, I'm using 1/8 teaspoon at night. Where exactly do I put it? Do I concentrate it in one area or do I rub it around? My doc said I could rub in on my forearm, but when I read the instructions it says I can put it on my face, neck, chest, hands or abdomen. Somewhere I read you rub it on your wrist. Help!

Where do I put natural progesterone cream?

I apply it to my lower part of my stomach, my breast and under arms. My DR said to rub it in were the skin is the thinest.

Hi!

You can use the cream in many different areas so experiment and see what works best for you. I tend to use it on my inner thigh. Here's a link with a list of acceptable places to use hormone creams: Where to Apply Compounded Hormone Creams.

I apply to my inner thighs. I have found that the best spot for me for proper absorption. You may need to experiment to find the spot that works best for you.
