Where do orgasms come from?

I believe the BEST orgasim comes from clitoral stimulation!!!! Serious nerve endings there....also the G-spot! After a TAH we may not feel the intense orgasim of uteral contractions....but may i say that i've still had some grrrrrrrrrrrrreat mind blowing orgasims via clitoris!!!! She's your best friend ladies!! hahaha well mine anyways! Lol

I forgot to ask this question though.....since i have not had sex yet after my surgery....(i've experienced my external orgasim) but I'm wondering about the G-spot.....i'm going to have to research and see if after a TAH...can you have g-spot orgasims.....I guess i wont know untill my six weeks are up! Anyone care to jump in and let me know before hand that would be great!

What is G-spot?

No, I am not..I really haven't had too much trouble other than the anxiety of how it might be different than before. Patience and time will do wonders for that though!

Well, here's something I'm worried about. without a Cervix, will I be shortened in there? will it still accommodate vigorous sex? if you know what I mean. trying not to be graphic here. Kitty

I asked my doctor about the "shorter" vagina opening. He assured me that it will accmmodate any size man, and reminded me that it does stretch. I have a vaginal cuff, so that is why I asked him if my opening was shorter. I assume since you have no cervix you also have a vaginal cuff. My Dr did tell me that the only time he is aware of the vagina opening being shorter is related to Chemo treatments.

I kept my ovaries so am not on HRT. I had my cervix removed, too, and don't notice any difference.
