Good Morning my BEST Friends!

Fran...I hope you are feeling better today. Take care of the

Today is a Curves day for me. My walk will have to be with an umbrella (or maybe at the mall since I need to go there anyway).

Food yesterday stayed OP. I did have a small portion of pasta for dinner, but kept it very small. And this morning I woke to a .2 pound loss, so I'm on the move again.
It's my check in day at Alli, so I'm always happy when it goes down for that.

Food is planned at least for breakfast and lunch. I've got food for dinner, but this seems to be our night of the week that all plans go out the window.

It's Chat night at 8:00 EDT. Not sure I'll be around but if I am, I'll peek in.

Ok..off to get this day started.

Have a BEST OP day!

Good evening all!

I'm not feeling very strong, but I think I'm on the mend, weighed myself today, there's a 4lb loss, but.... I doubt it's through being good, your weight loss is much more honest Nancy

Hi Lynn, glad to see you on the mend!

Billy is driving me round the bend tonight, DH dug the garden over on the weekend and it's really muddy, I mopped through the downstairs cos it's really messy cos it was bin day today and I let DH walk through the house in his boots cos I knew I'd be mopping the floors this evening, and Billy keeps asking to go out, then walking muddy pawmarks all over my floors, I'm just going to look for an old Unfortunately, I put out all the recycling this morning! *sigh*

It was a slice of toast for breakfast, ham sandwich for lunch and ? for dinner as I forgot to pull anything out of the freezer, and actually, I just don't fancy anything just yet!

Oh well, thought I'd better post and let you know that all is well and the kids are back in school!

Have a great evening, folks!

Hello BEST friends,

Must admit, the past two days I have not been a very good OPtoberBESTer. No where near enough water, nothing has been balanced, way too much protein, sodium and SUGAR!! The sugar demon hit me last night so DH bought some cinnamon rolls and I MOWED on them last night and this morning. The scale showed a 2 pound gain but I think it will be temporary. One can only hope...

Nancy is back on her downward slide again, Lynn is posting again and Fran seems to be somewhat on the mend. Hi's to the rest that follow. I'm gonna jump over to the chatter box.

C'Ya!

Quick as I wrap up the day at work. Not bad, not great, some good food, some candy but not out of control. Possibly some spaghetti tonight. If I get home soon then Cooper and I will take a nice I missed two days and don't like that at all!! weather and darkness sometimes hinder the plans.

Hi

DH, is recovering at the hospital tonight and tomorrow and possibly Friday. He did really well and his feet now have a pulse. He is in pain, but the nurse comes by every 2 hours with his happy shot (morphine). He still can't eat or drink anything ... just in case there is a need to go back.

Obviously there was not much exercise today. Food wasn't too bad. Before we left toast with pb and tea. B was raisin bran, 2% milk and VERY small carton of OJ, with one piece crisp bacon and fried hash brown (I know ... it was there calling out to me :clown2: ) and another cup of tea, L - salad with diet pepsi (cafeteria food). D- will probably be soup.

DH doesn't want me to go back to the hospital so I am going to try and rest for an hour and hopefully post on chatter later.

Fran, glad you well and 4 lbs down and Nancy way to go ... keep going down

Hi Best Friends

Sorry I missed yesterday. Blood work got done in the a.m. and we went out for bkft at IHop . I ate 1/2 and brought 1/2 home. Rest of day was a blur. Can't remember what I did.

Today:
Bkft: well brunch actually - 1/2 of the omlet 1/2 I brought home and 1/8 C home fries, hot tea
Lunch: a doughnut
Dinner: dijon/parm chicken, breen beans, 1/2 baked potato, pickled beets.

My hernia is giving me fits - hoping to hear something from the surgeons office, but if I call and complain about it I know he'll want me to come in. Not yet!!! I want the TT also.

Wow - someone lost 3 lbs - **Peggysue? Cool! My in-laws lived in Ark for a number of years.
*Nancy slid down again - good for you.
*Lynn - glad you have someone there with you until your safe under your own steam again.
*Barri - glad your DH is doing well. Good for you both.
*Desk - hope you got in your with Cooper?
*Julie - you and I were attacked by the same demon - Sugar/salt ACKKK
*Fran - glad your tums on the med. Sorry Billy's being a brat.
*Nancy - cool on the downward slide.

I'm also sorry I didn't make CHAT tonight - was at the library. We'll have to make a play date for one Wednesday evening very soon.
