4 month anniversary

Dear Sisters:

Its almost four months since my hysterectomy and I am feeling great! Your website helped me so much during my 8 weeks home recovering. Everything you talked about happened right on schedule. It helped so much reading everyone's experiences. I had a total hysterectomy because of really bad fibroids and am so glad I finally had it done. I wish everyone the best and hope everyone's recovery goes as smoothly as mine did. You guys are the best!

Congratulations on your recovery!! I am just over 8 weeks, and looking forward to being at even 3 or 4 months. Even though I am still on the mend, and somewhat sore in certain places at times, I just feel so much better than I did previously. I never thought I would get to this point, but it is just great.

That's wonderful news to hear! I also have fibroids and the date can't get here soon enough. If the doc said she had a cancellation tomorrow I'd take her up on it.

you and i share the same hyster-date! i'm feeling pretty good now. apart from hot-flashes and not sleeping that well, i feel ok and have more energy than i did. this site is brilliant. i got so much information before and after my op.
