What a difference..

Haven't slept well or for long at one time for over a week now. Was really getting down with it all and very exhausted. Wasn't napping during the day and was up most nights. I have 2 young children so need energy to look after them. Husband has been very good helping but he is trying to work as well. Anyway I went to the Health Food Shop yesterday and picked up some natural sleep aids. I did sleep a lot better last night although not all night. I feel a lot more refreshed today. I am not taking any prescription meds so the natural meds wouldn't interact with them.
I know tonight and tomorrow could be very different but I am going to enjoy feeling OK today.
Sending to everyone.

Thanks for reading and being there for support.

What a difference..

What was the natural aide that you picked up? I too haven't been sleeping well and any new products or ideas I'm always interested in.

What a difference..

It was Melatonin. I took 5mg about 1/2 hr before I went to bed. I also have something called Sound Sleep but have a friend who has taken Melatonin and knew it worked for her so thought I would give it a go. Like I said I am not taking any prescription meds so no drug reactions. Check with your Dr if you are taking any prescription drugs. Hope this helps.

What a difference..

The benadryl (Diphenhydramine) in the Advil PM doesn't work for me. So that is why I tried something from the health shop. Also I can't take any NSAID. Tylenol PM has Benadryl the same as the Advil PM does.
