I always feel bloated and sore. I have fibroids too, one is quite large. I hope that's the reason and that after my uterus is gone i'll feel better !!

I know what you mean! My pants seem to be tighter each week. I'm hoping this thing weighs 20 pounds, but it's probably just fat.

Seems like I'm bleeding more the closer the big day gets here. Soon it will be over though.

feeling bloated and sore

Hi ladies - This is my first post, so I hope I am doing it right. I, too, have at least 3 more fibroids - had one removed during a hysteroscopy on 9/1/2007. I am now scheduled for the hyster and removal of fibroids and uterus on 11/5. I feel larger every day and have chronic pain on my entire left side, from front around to the middle of my back. I love this website and thank all of you for your heartfelt and compassionate sharing. I am thrilled to have found the support is women like all of you! Best of luck to you ladies!

I think that what your feeling is normal. I have several Fibroids and I always feel bloated and have pain and tenderness in my stomach and around to my back. I also have pain sometimes in my ribcage. Weird, I know but sometimes it feels like my fibroids move over and get stuck under my ribs and it is uncomfortabe to breathe. It might be because my uterus is enlarged. I bet we will be so happy when all of this pain is gone. Some say that this will improve the quality of our life. I want to feel GOOD again!!

My doctor said that is what is causing my IBS symptoms. I actually thought I was getter an ulcer. Alternating constipation and diarh with constant bloating and heartburn.

feeling bloated and sore

I have a very large mass (most likely a fibroid) and have a very heavy fullness feeling with bloating and tenderness. My pants are getting more and more snug each week, sometimes each day. I can't even wear my favorite jeans any more because they ride low and cut right into the tender area. I too have alot of diarrhea and was told it could be brought on by this. Also, I am always running to the bathroom to pee because this mass pushes on my bladder and I can't hold as much anymore. Thats what the doc said. Depending on where the fibroids sit, they can push on the rectum and cause constipation, or diarrhea.
I just hope having a hyst will help us all in feeling better. I want to feel like myself again and not be dependant on where the next bathroom is.
