I have officially found the 160's, just barely, but I'm there. And I'll take that. It's been step by step and inch by inch and ounce by ounce, but by golly I'm here. I know where I'm heading if I can just keep at this. I'm still not at my lowest yet from when I lost so much 2+ years ago, but I'm getting back there.

Ok..Just wanted to check in this morning.
I'll be back...coffee if brewing..and I need a cup.

Well done nancy, the 160s, that's amazing!!!! (((HUG)))

I had 2 slices of marmite on toast around 10am, several mugs of coffee, done tons of washing and ironing, and trying to get a roast chicken dinner ready for the family by 6pm

Roast chicken, roast spuds, mash, carrots, cauli, sprouts, peas and gravy

Billy's going walkies after, when we've visited MIL and all the dishes are done and the kids have a bath, we have a nice bottle of rose wine chilling!

A little nervous over here in Calabasas, there is a HUGE fire in Malibu, with is not far from me. So far wearein no danger, but that can change quickly.

Thanks so much ladies! It feels very good to have gotten some of this weight off, even if it's just been a tenth or two at a time. When DH and I returned home after visiting DD in Massachusetts over Memorial Day weekend, I stepped on the scale and it was over 190. That was my reality check, and the one I really needed. It's been a slow, but steady march, and I plan to continue it for about another 10 pounds. So keep your fingers crossed for me and thanks again for the good wishes.

Barri..Stay safe from the fire. I hope it continues to stay far, far away from you.
Fran..your meals always sound so good. DH and I had Bangors and Mash at an Irish type pub this summer. I said..That's what Fran makes all the time. And they were very good.

I'm mowing the lawn today with the push mower because my rider broke. DH needs to put the drive belt back on it again. But he's fixing the gutters, which really need it, so I'm not going to say too much...yet.
