Prolapse Pain? Cystocele? Rectocele?

Ok...so I have a cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, and adenomyosis.

My question is this....I have been having this pressure in my cootchie that is horrible. It is not necessarily inside of my vagina, but the area ...... how do I say this..

...the area between bone and air....Like where I would wipe. Kind of inside, but not INSIDE inside.

Can anybody relate? It's a horrible pressure and it feels like my cootchie coo is being turned inside out. If there is another soul out there that this is, or has happened to, do baths help? Does anything help? I really just want to put an ice pack in my panties!!!
