Biest/prog... compound hormones

I started taking Biest/prog. compound hormones today. I was wearing an estrogen patch since my surgery May 15th. I felt ok at first with the patch then I just went down hill fast..feeling awful, depressed, soooooo soooooo *****y. I hope this compound hormones works for me. Anyone else tried it?

I'm on Biest 1.125mg, Prog.50mg & testosterone .0625 2x daily sublinqual (desolves under tongue). Originally I was on 2.5mg and had so much fatigue but once we lowered the Biest I'm doing great. My head is clear, no anxiety, no depression and no hip aches.

I tried the Patches, pills, creams etc. but for me the kind that desolves is best. By passes the liver, don't have to worry about the skin and goes right into my blood stream. I'm doing a salvia test to see where my levels are.

The key is to find a great pharmacist who is knowledgeable and who will work with you. In my opinion, they know much more then Dr's when it comes to compounding.

I use tri-est and progesterone compounded creams and have for about 18 months now. I am doing good and think I have finally started to find my balance.
