Turned the corner

After 4 weeks I finally feel more like me. I really took the time to heal and do almost nothing. Maybe age has something to do with being able to let the house go a little or allowing others to clean it. My DD came to stay with me and she thinks she does it all and I would never say otherwise. DH just keeps telling me to stay put. I have been working on my photo albums (25 yrs. worth) and am almost done. Have guided my DD though cleaning closets and sending many bags for donations. I still sleep alot but am enjoying not having to get up so early in the morning. Sore and swelly belly at night but don't need anything for it. Post-op check up in 1 week and work in 2 weeks. Some heavy night sweats and only warm flashes in the daytime. Kept one ovary even tho it was kind of shriveled up. Hope everyone is healing and taking it easy. Can't wait to get back to the gym.

Hurray for you! I applaude you on managing the dh too. What a fine job you've done. 25 years of photos.......wow. Are ya proud of your work? What type of job awaits you? I'll bet they miss you. Good luck! Don't overdo it at the last minute......we want the best for you.
