Dry Eyes

Has anyone noticed their eyes being very dry since your surgery?

I know it could be the weather turning colder and the house drying out but I wake up at night with my eyes very dry. During the day it happens, too.

I use preservative-free eye drops as much as I can.

I tried to do a search here but "dry" and "eye" are too short for the search engine to find it seems.

It could possibly be a hormonal problem. If you try a site search on "eyes" ~ advanced search option ~ in titles only ~ you'll find it mainly brings up results from our hormone forums.

Have you asked your doctor about it? That would probably be a good next step.
