4 weeks post op Lavh-vagina feeling "funny"

In two days I will be four days post op (LAVH, AP repair, Monarc) I've noticed this week that my vagina feels kinda "funny" in that it seems like something has fallen or dropped. There's no pain it's just that I'm just aware that it's there. (that's the only way I know how to explain it!) Is this normal because the stitches are dissolving...has anybody else experienced this?

Because you did have work done vaginally along with repairs, it is possible that what you are feeling is all part of healing. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your doctor and find out if what you are experiencing is normal. I did have the LAVH but I had no other repairs done and I did not feel what you are describing. But since you had more work done, it might be okay.
