Ding, Dong, The Witch is Dead!

I sang this as I awoke this morning to my very last menstrual cramps in life! And they're some doozies. Somebody better tell the Witch the house is about to fall. Yahooo, and take your BROOM with ya!

You know what? I think it's a conspiracy by our bodies! My body is trying like heck to give me one last miserable period before the 27th. It's like the parts know their days are numbered, and they're going to make every last one count.

Yes indeed!! My "witch" flew by 10 days before my surgery. The day after surgery, I saw pictures of her house all packed and ready to go. She had a two-story house with four bedrooms. She was living good at my expense.

Best wishes and 's.

Ding, Dong, The Witch is Dead!

I am doing TAH/BSO and sitting on my last couple of pads, I am so tired of feeling bubbles blow out the back of my pads. Yesterday I was with my coffee group that consist of 17 mostly men and they are cutting up, most don't know I am having a hyster. on Monday, their laughing and I kept feeling bubbles and wondering how long can I stay, and missing out on the fun stuff. The next bubble I want to blow out my backsides is my go home from the castle fart.
Do most of the people you know not know what you are getting ready to do? Very few people outside of my family knows. When I left coffee this morning they told me to have a good weekend and I told them the same, and that was that. Two do know but the rest don"t, seems strange, but a lot of times you can be part of a group, but they don't really know what is going on, do they? Is this what you experience?

Sevans, my doc took pictures and showed them to my DH and MIL after surgery. DH didn't really want to look but MIL told him to. They both said the pics were amazing. I haven't seen them yet, but will next week at my check up.

Kasey2, Keep a couple of pads for post-op. I only had a little spotting while in the hospital, but have used pantiliners daily due to a discharge (doc told me to expect it). It's probably from all the healing taking place. Don't know how long it will last. I understand about telling others. Some close friends and co-workers know what I had done, others just know I had surgery. It's not that I minded saying what I was having done, just didn't feel like going into it. It was funny when a couple of guys asked what I was having done and seeing the looks on their faces. They're good guys and it was fun seeing what response I got out of them.

Mine hit the morning before surgery wth a vengence -- so yes I think that they do try to get one last stay before they get evicted.

I told people I jsut had all the girly parts taken out -- and it amazes me how many guys looked at my chest -- like i removed the boobs.

Yep...got mine this morning after quite a little fanfare announcing the imminent arrival! I have no idea of schedules anymore, so I wasn't surprised, but still...I was hoping three weeks ago that was it!
