Maca Maca Maca

Hi guys...yep I'm bringing up this topic AGAIN.

Long story short...I'm using it again and feel SO much better. For the second time (I tried it last year but quit cos I didn't want to be dependent upon an herb..but now realize that I'll be dependent upon SOMEthing...) since my surgery nearly two years ago..I feel almost normal a great deal of the time.

My energy is better, my fog is gone, memory improved, mood improved, etc.

I take my Enjuvia 1.25 in the AM and then either a couple of capsules or a smoothie with two tsps in it at lunch and I feel great 99% of the day. My blood levels with the Enjuvia only will run about 75ish and with the Maca about 115.

Not for everyone I'm sure but it sure is making my life more bearable for now at least...(I've learned how quickly this can change)
