No energy???

I had my TVH on July 6th.Will I ever get my energy back??I am only 34.I think I may have some depression,so I might be going back to my shrink and getting back on my meds.I just feel so blah!

I'm sorry you're still having this problem. The best thing you can do is get an appointment to see your doctor and get everything checked out.

As you say, it could be depression; or maybe your hormones are a bit off; or maybe you're still getting over the surgery as it can take up to a year; it could be a number of things.

Will you let us know what you find out? I hope you're feeling alot better, very soon!

How do you know if it is hormones? I'm not one to ask for help or admitt I'm not 100%. My doc said I wouldn't have any problems if I kept my ovaries, so I'm worried about calling. I'm worried that he will tell me it's lack of exercise or eating right and not getting enough sleep. What do I do?
