Hysterectomy: December 28th, 2004

Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Removed both

Feeling a bit uninformed....

Hey, I'm just restating what I've read. I would be questioning my doctor, too, if I had any vaginal procedure done and doc told me I still had my cervix. Maybe some of them assumed the cervix was left because they weren't told or they didn't ask. That is why I have always said "Never be embarrased or afraid to ask your doctor any question."
