Started ERT w/ teststosterone

I am not sure what is goin on with me... I started a new ERT, in hopes that it will give me at least a little of my sex drive back... But I just have been so darn moody. You, know: mad, sad, happy, depressed and just want to cry all day. In fact moved to tears at work over the most stupidest things.... Let's not forget tired ALL THE TIME! Oh, and the weight gain I have been experiencing is NOT helping. I've been losing my train of thought as well. Now that could because of many reasons - I guess.

Now that I've gone back and have read what I have typed it doesn't make any sense and I don't know why I am posting it. I guess I know that there is someone out there that understands me or what I am going though; I don't and DH and my son doesn't either.

What can I do?

How long have you been on the ERT? It can take some time for your body to adjust to taking hrt. For many of us, hormonal balance does not happen overnight. There can be some ups and downs as your body adjusts.

Did your doctor test your testosterone and free testosterone levels before prescribing the testosterone? That is one hormone that it is best to have your levels tested before using it.

What are you currently using for ERT?

I have only been on this new one for about 1.5 weeks. I have been on regular estrogn since August
