Slippery Snowy Sunday 12/16/07

Looks like everyone is snowed in today. I've been up for quite some time...making cookies and chex mix to give away to relatives!

Later I hope to take Allee out in the snow :letsnow: she loves it so. we easily have 6 or 7 inches of snowy drifty messy stuff. We did church yesterday! I'll get my exercise out there.

Don't know what dinner will be and breakfast and lunch don't bare repeating.

Sort of stayed OP yesterday. As usual, starting to sound like a broken record, stayed on plan all day, fell asleep and woke up for some midnight nibbling. I wake up starving because I have been good all day but my tummy says it is not full and needs more. I need my brain to over-take my tummy. I also need to stop falling asleep on the couch. I need to leave my feet on the floor or just go to bed. I'll figure it out! I am working on my game plan for 2008!!!

Trish...maybe JUST before bed you should try eating something light yet filling to stave off that hunger you keep getting in the middle of the night...and yes...sleep in the bed
