Stickin' to it Sunday, December 23

Ok, it's back OP for me today...how about the rest of you?
I KNOW tomorrow night will be ?????? so I will try hard today.

We celebrate Christmas Eve with our family...early church service, then home to eat & do presents...though I think in shifts...the DgD will give out early and the other set of kids gets here late...flexibility is the key!

Christmas day the married kids go to the in-laws and we go with neighbors for Chinese food...I stick with the steamed rice and lots of veggies.

Today will be lots of water & hot tea...I am having a hard time getting my water in...not thirsty, yet my lips are dry...need to force it down.

it's 3.51am here and I'm wide awake, so I thought I'd better pop in and be accountable as I've been so busy and stressed all weekend!.

Food's been very OP, odd blip here and there, but nothing major, I'm quite pleased to report that I can stop at 1 or 2 chocs and not keep going like I always have before, and I feel better for having indulged and enjoyed, and not sat there all evening feeling blah! for stuffing my face, so that is good going!

Nearly ready for christmas here, got a few errands to run in the morning, and a few bits and bobs to get, but I'm more or less done, and quite surprised at myself!

gonna go back to bed and try to get some sleep, See you later folks!

It is almost 8:00 here so I think this might be the best show of tonight. Guess no one wants to admit just how bad they have been.

I have not been good ... But Lynn I did not have my hot chocolate and popcorn, no time for a movie I am getting to bake my peach raspberry breakfast cake for tomorrow's brunch and then go in my hot tub ... regardless of the winds.

I will try to post on chatter before I go to bed, but if I can't I love you all and wishing each and everyone of you a wonderful Christmas celebration and a most blessed and healthy New Year. I look forward to sharing 2008 with all my BEST friends.
