How long til you get your energy back?

I am having surgery on Monday and I was wondering how long does it usually take to get your energy back? I will be photographing a convention in late April and I was wondering if my energy level will be back to normal by then?

everyone heals at different rates..you might feel great. are you having your ovaries removed? whether you are or not might affect your energy level.

I am keeping my ovaries. I have felt so tired for so long that I am hpoing I will end up with more energy in the long run! I just know it will be gradual and take time.

Ditto with what Tammy said. I am also keeping my ovaries, but I have been so tired for so long due to all my uterus issues that I can only hope that after my surgery, I'll feel more energy. I am normally a very energetic person, and I am able to find bits of energy bursts every day right now, but THEN I also get total exhaustion bouts every day as well. ugh!

So, I agree with everyone.... everyone heals differently, and everyone's body reacts differently to the healing process. So, it's hard to say if you'll have your energy back by then, BUT I'd hope by then you will have your energy back. I am pretty much dreaming alraedy about have all my energy back by April or May! (Maybe sooner, if I'm really lucky).
