Hi, I had my ovaries & tubes removed on monday

Hi I had my uterus and cervix taken out about 3 years ago. I came here and this sight helped a lot. Now On Monday I had to have emergency surgery and have my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. Any advice? I'm really sore and they ( the DR.) had to do an anchor incision.

Thank you. It's ok to put cold on the incisions?

My doc told me I could. If you are unsure check with your dr. I wrapped them in a clean dish towel. Can't stand direct cold lol. I have heard heating pads also but cold alternated with heat is always good for pain swelling. Dh always has my heating pad but he isn't allowed to touch my peas lol.
