Vagina and Colon sticking together? Cuff Problems?

Hi all! I doing some research on the Vaginal Cuff and read several post's about problems, that I guess are not that uncommon, but problems with the Cuff sticking to the Bowel or Vagina and Colon sticking together.
First of all, has anyone experienced this?
And secondly, how do you know that this has happened? What are the symptoms?
Doesn't sound like fun!

I just saw my Dr yesterday and I m having surgery on the 29th of Jan . He believes my bowel has adhered to my vaginal cuff although he said you can't know 100% until he goes in...my symptoms are pelvic pain upon moving an stretching and if my intestines or bladder get to full I have sharp stabing pain in that lower area. We are all different but that is the pain I am experiencing--he said it is easily fixed and they can do things to try to keep it from happening again--he said it typically shows in the 6-9 month post-op time--I am exactly 6months out!
