Afternoon!

Bkft: 1/2C all natural cereal w/1%milk, hot tea
cheat: 1 chocolate cream doughnut
Lunch: ummm musta missed that
cheat: another doughnut
Dinner: warming up 1 C homemade beef noodle soup right now. Off to SIL's for the evening to help her sort out a room.
Told DH to leave the doughnuts at the bakery from now on. I just have no will power - its' not that I even like the way they taste.

Weather here Barri is cold with chances of *now. I hope it does miss us - supposed to stay well to our south. Desk should get most of it this time!!

super soggy saturday, 19 jan

Hi my BEST friends!

DH and I got up, went out for breakfast (which I kept all OP, I even left the fried potatoes after a teeny tiny bite that really didn't taste good at all), then to Menards for paneling and siding for the wine/tornado room.

Came home, carried all of that stuff in. Then got my walk. It says that the wind chill is -6 right now. I needed to walk before the advisory for the wind chill started. Not that -6 isn't cold enough. I'm still warming up.

Early dinner was sandwiches, with tomatoes, lettuce and onion. On wheat bread. So my options all fit in my plan.

Now for lots of basement steps as we carry all the stuff downstairs and get started.
Hope everyone has a great OP evening.

Today was a bust and we didn't even get the promised snow. We had an hour of flurries but I think the weather went east of us. Started the day with the smell of bacon, DH had made bacon and eggs and grits (with tumeric and cilantro - interesting!) so I took half of his, which meant that our breakfasts were not that far off base. But he also had a pie in the oven... so as the day wore on, the pie got smaller. Mrs. Smith's sweet potato pie - sweet potatoes are on the diet!! Then spaghetti and salad with chicken sausages. Ate too much. I will write off today completely. I did get some sleep which was nice, and saw my father for a short visit, and also drank as much tea as I could, to start re-hydrating. Also, my journal arrived today, so I need to get started with it. Looks good - plenty of space to write in ALL the bites, licks and tastes or whatever I indulge in. Tomorrow will be back to yogurt and blueberries and oats etc.

Ooops, I posted before I had a chance to edit and remove the and greet everyone - sorry. So to all!!
