Just need a shoulder....

Well, I am 2 weeks post op and tonight has been probably the worst night. I am sooo sick. I go from hot to cold to hot. I can't sleep. I can only sit here and cry and tell myself I am just too young to be going through this. I got over my hysterectomy last May a lot quicker than this. I just can't bounce back this time. Maybe cause i have NO hormones right now. I am still hurting really bad in my right side, which has gotten worse. I have been throwing up and diarrhea all night. I am so weak I can hardly go. I keep wondering if I should wake my husband but he has work tomorrow. My doctor makes me feel like I am just crazy. I just dont know what to do.

Didn't want to read and run, don't know what to suggest as I'm pre-op but if you're worried I'd wake your DH.

Sending (((hugs))), take care hun

Oh Ash, I'm so sorry you are feeling bad. If you are still feeling so sick, I think perhaps you should call your doctor. Take care....

I'm so sorry you're feeling so miserable sweetie. Why don't you call and talk to the nurse or doctor -- see if there is something they can do to help.

In the meantime, I'm sending s and prayers your way.

I hope things are better very soon.

I agree

I agree. Call your doctor and be dead clear...I feel this, this and this. Don't accept any "well we all feel a bit low after this" stuff, because you feel more than a bit low. Man, have you ever been through a lot! Some kind of relief for what you're feeling right now must available. Keep everyone posted.

Just need a shoulder....

Sure hope everything is going better. Did you get ahold of the doctor?
I had a total hyst. on Nov. 16th 2007 and about 7 days after I couldn't sleep, cried all the time, hurt, and hated everything. I called the doctor crying hysterically [which is not like me at all] She ordered hormone therapy immediately and upped it a week later because of not getting better. I am finely feeling half way normal after 3 months. The depression was the worst. I spent a week not getting out of my bedroom that second week and I think my husband was scared of me! LOL
I never would of believed it then but things do get better. Thanks to drugs.
Hang in there and always wake up your husband....Its hell going through this stuff alone.
