anyone tried Progest 50?

I did order a trial of Progest 50 off the internet. I did try prometrium but it only came in the 100 mg and was too strong and made me depressed instead of the natural prog. cream I usually used. I felt I needed something stronger to help me sleep better at night. Progest 50 states they are the same or generic version of prometrium just half the dose. I am afraid to try it as it said not to use if you use creams or patches or bcps. I thought you could use prometrium with any hormone regimine? bioidentical progesterone is the only ingredient in there along with the filler and the capsule it is in.

Yes, progesterone can be used with other hormones, but it works better and is safer if done under a doctor's supervision. Hormones in the body are very delicate, and need just the right doses and timing for them to work for us.
