Kegal Exercises with weighted balls after surgery

Hi Ladies,

Is Kegal exercises with kegal exercise equipment like weighted balls safe after a hysterectomy, bladder sling, vaginal interior repair, and urethra ribbon. I am 8 weeks post-op; but when I went back for my 6 week post-op, my doctor was concerned about the healing of my incision of my urehtra ribbon. I go back again in 4 weeks but still I wonder all in all is kegal exercises with the weighted balls at any point after such surgery safe .
