I Am 53 And Was Told I Have A Bicornuate Heart Shape
Uterus.my Dr. Said He Cannot Do A Biopsy In The Office To Make Sure I Dont Have Cancer Cells.
Had A D&c And Biopsy 2 Years Ago Everthing Was Find And It Stop My Heavy Bleeding, But Now My Dr Want To Do A Hysterectomy.] I Do Not Want A Hysterectomy
Do Anyone Have Any Imfor On Bicornuate Uterus
And Test That Can Be Run To Check For Cancer Cells.

I would get a second opinion to be safe. if you dont want one then dont get one or you will regeret it. i hope some one can give you some good advice.

I'm not sure what problem you are having that the doctor is recommending a hysterectomy, but I agree with the idea for a second opinion. It's a good idea any time we are considering major surgery or facing major health issues - especially so when something in the plan does not sit right with you.

Thank You For Your Reply, I Think The Dr Feel He Cannot Get A Biopsy Inside The Uterus When I Have My Yearly Pap Smear Because Of My Bicornutate Uterus. I Dont Have A History Of Uterus Cancer In My Family , I Dont Know If This Is A Good Reason To Have A Hysterectomy, I Was Wondering If Someone Out There Had The Same Problem.
