New Day Tues Day 18 March

Good morning BEST friends, I'm having a Friday the 13th type day today already, or so it feels. It is sure to get better. Food may be okay, not sure as I'm not feeling tremendously committed. I had a slice of bread with a teaspoon of mayo with a slice of fat free bologna for breakfast, and a half glass of prune juice. Yogurt and blueberries with walnuts for snack later, and leftover salad that I neglected to eat for yesterday's lunch when I went out with friends instead. Have only walked a little this morning, ran out of time. I think I just want to walk OUT the door and go back home, get some more sleep and find a nice leather purse that suits my needs somewhere. There MUST be one out there, although I can't find one even online! It's a body type issue again, I like cross-body handbags, and none of them have a long enough strap to cross over my body and rest at a comfortable spot on my side. Since I have no hips, it's a problem. Although, I admit my problems are pretty small, and I know how fortunate I am. See how you all made me feel better already?

New Day Tues Day 18 March

Good Morning Best Buds! My slothfullness has finally paid off, the knees feel better and I was able to walk 4 miles at the park yesterday Good thing too, since I go to the blood bank this afternoon for my second deposit Not sure I will feel up to the treadmill after

Yesterday
b-fiber 1 and milk
l-Chinese Buffet = lots of veggies, lean meats, couple dumplings, and small bowl ice milk
d-zucchini soup and a piece of bread with jam

Desk- you were up early! Look at Fossil purses, I have several that I can wear across body They are small but have built in compartments for credit cards and cash I love the empowering feeling of knowing that purse makes me invulnerable to would- be thieves!

New Day Tues Day 18 March

Good morning all,
Desk, I was also going to recommend Fossil...I have one I love and use a lot. Also have a nice size one from Bass. I'm also a cross-body strap person, and don't use anything but!

Breakfast - Kashi cereal & Yogurt...hot coffee
Exercise - on the bike...it's raining...and yoga

I actually did both bike & yoga before bed last night...if I end with yoga I find I can still drop right off to sleep without a problem.

Have a good day all.

Morning ladies !!!

Hatrick glad your knees are feeling better!! I don't have much knee pain (occasionally), but having fibromyaglia I do understand pain and how it can be difficult to exercise.

Today I was on the and yoga

Food ...
Pre-B... toast w/pb
S ... apple and V-8 juice
B ... whole grain waffle w/yogurt and walnuts
L ... tuna on whole grain wrap
S ... celery w/laughing cow cheese and 2 C light popcorn
D ... Pasta (whole grain) w/chicken, sundried tomatoes,
pine nuts and herbs.

Oh and now for my GREAT NEWS !!!! I finally got my grade back I think that alone was going to make me feel better, but then I opened it up and I got 98 ... I got an A !!!!!!!
:smilie5:

But of course it doesn't end here, there are still 12 classes left to go and I now have to wait for my test grade

Well, better go and continue with my day ...

Have a great day.

New Day Tues Day 18 March

Barri great news, we knew you would get that A, but we couldn't tell you before your teacher did!!

Ali and Hatrick, I have looked and looked and keep coming back to Fossil, but the bags I find online appear to be either too big or too small. I'm dealing with a too-small one now and have lots of too big bags at home. The strap has to be long enough. Keep looking ladies and feel free to PM me links to your favorites, or other suggestions!!

Food was the worst today. I can't even begin to describe it. New candy in the drawer + some general frustration = bad news for Desk.

home and maybe can if not foggy or icky, or else I'll
