Dry Hair!!! Help!!!

Anybody out there with hair texture changes? My hair used to be very curly, bouncy, shiny with lots of life. Now its slowly drying out, lifeless, and not so curly. Looks weird but still have lots of it. May even be thicker. What can I do? Please help? Anybody out there found something natural that helps, e.g., shampoo, vitamin, herbs or other kind of supplement? Thanks...

OK, I figured it out, i.e., the weird texture thing. It feels hard and stiff like when you sprayed on tons of hair spray and left it on for about a week. Yeah, that's it. And it wasn't like that before. I look at my mom's hair (she's 81) and I see my hair - scary!

Omega 3 (fish oil) helps with that!

john freida hair serum..you dont need much but i think you'll be surprised at how soft and bouncy your hair will be when using it. it changes the texture of your hair. i dont know about supplements but the serum works really well.
