Pilates music anyone?

Have you heard about the new “Sacred Blessings” CD?* It's a collection of songs inspired by the world’s great faiths, all handpicked by life coach ANTHONY ROBBINS. The CD features chants/mantras/music by Deva Premal, Miten & Craig Pruess.* Its perfect for releasing your mind while meditating and doing yoga.* Listen to some of the tracks like "I Love You Lord", "So much Magnificance", "You can Relax now" and my personal favorite the "Gayatri Mantra".* admin note: links to commercial sites not allowed

ANother great CD i found!!!

So I was checking out amazon for new releases yesterday (mainly for stuff to listen to for yoga, & meditation) and came across this great new cd- it is from BIOMUSIQUE and is called 10,000 steps...it is so nicel..a very unique feeling to it...very calming and passionate with a gorgeous beat, but really relaxed me, and I figured it would be PERFECT for my passion of yoga!!!! The review of the CD says "This exquisitely-crafted debut collaboration of acclaimed singer/songwriter Lisbeth Scott and eclectic percussionist Greg Ellis weaves a layered soundscape of richly atmospheric songs, ranging from poignantly moving to radiantly serene." and I agree!! It really is amazing!!!! I ordered it and can't wait to hear it!! If you want to check it out, here is the link....

I thought I would share this with people who love yoga, spirituality and such, and would enjoy nice sounding music…so you gotta check it out- it really is cool, and I guess she has done music for the movies Iron man, Chronicles of Nardia, 300, Gladiator and more!! It is pretty sweet!!

Pilates music anyone?

dear yogabear...i'm a yoga lover too, i also love yogadance but i might have to give it up for awhile until i get my plantar fasciitis problem dealt with (dancing in bare feet may be contributing to the condition). i listened to the 10,000 steps c.d. on their website...i love it...it does feel very spiritual and organic. i also listened to the anthony robbins c.d. "sacred blessings" but i only liked a couple of the tracks, the indian or middle eastern pieces accompanied by sitar (or something like that)...the other songs sounded like funeral home music to me and too religious-themed. i want my yoga to be spiritual, not religious...that's just me.

thanks for the tips...the websites are cool too! namaste.
