Good Morning my BEST friends!

I guess yesterday's weight loss was for real, because I'm down a tick more today. So I'm officially at 159 this morning. I'm very happy about that and anxious to ease a couple more off.

So...today is my OP breakfast, that I've already eaten. Then to the salon. I'll get in my walk today...hopefully the snow will melt off the road by then. And I'll keep my food all OP. It's much easier to do when the scale moves downward.

Got to run. I'll check in later.
Have a BEST OP day everyone!

Now Nancy - it's spring time and your still saying that *now word.

I need to get up earlier I think. I've been sleeping in late since I had the flu and it's not working for an early breakfast.

Bkft: 1 egg scrambled w/slice of cheese melted on top, 1 slice whole grain wheat toast, hot tea.
Lunch: I think we'll be having a sandwhich out - I'm craving a piece of itallian sub.... better give in or I don't do well and eat everything else.
Dinner: I have lean ground beef defrosted. I'm thinking of meatloaf with roasted side veggies.

Neighbor called and wants to plan to walk if it doesn't start raining by this evening. That would be a good thing. I think I'll get some raking in while the is trying to shine this afternoon. That would be good excerise also.

Sending hugs for OP day to everyone comming along.
Melissa

Hi! I can't even talk about what I did this morning...not pretty...BUT I'm not trashing the whole day. I've learned from this "I Can Make You Thin" guy that I am a completely unconscious eater! I MUST slow down and think about what I'm doing. In coming episodes, he's going to be talking about stress eating...I'll be tuning in!

Breakfast...not telling
Lunch...tomato/basil pizza
Snack...avocado, Triscuits, apple
Dinner...Chicken breasts, broccoli and brown rice
Snack...my Cheerios

Melissa...I have not seen the tap technique. I recorded the show on Sunday. We must be a week or so behind you. What is it?? I think I need an emergency tap lesson. LOL
Nancy...Enjoy your pampering today!

Hellos to all who follow....exercise today: DANCE and dehaze!

Hi Ladies.

It is a beautiful here.

Nancy !!!

Melissa ... I am like you. When I crave something it is better to just get it, eat it and get over it

PJ ... I know you will do good rest of the day.

I did another 45 minutes on the and and I am feeling a litte more worn down and tired today than the past 2 days. I also have a headache, that I know is allergies.

Then I had to take Mandie in for a booster shot.

Food for today ... DH is home and that always throws my day and food off

Pre-B ... Toast w/pb and hot
B ... Trail mixbar, apple w/ some slices of cheddar cheese
S... Glass of light chocolate soy milk and almonds
L ...Soup and turkey sandwich
S ... celery w/laughing cow light garlic and herb cheese.
D ... tba

Plans for today are: Bathe Kramer, clean the bathroom downstairs (The day got away from me yesterday). I am hoping my gardener comes early, so I can go out by the pool and . I will wait to put up the wallpaper until Monday. We are going to my sisters tomorrow to celebrate my birthday.

Everyone has a good and OP day.

That's what I need is a new pedometer. But I've been concentrating on shopping for a swim suit on-line. That almost worse than in the store.

Lunch was the itallian sub I craved. DH and I shared 1/2 sub - that mean's I had a 1/4? Was stuffed when I was finished. I drank water with it. We took our sandwhich to a picnic spot on the lake and enjoyed the view as we slowly ate. Was really nice. The weather was a surprise for us. Warm and sunny. It's turned cold and dreary - neighbor hasn't called me yet about walking.

Dinner was waffles. The hamburger I defrosted in the fridge wasn't fully defrosted. I'd hoped DH would say he wanted a protein shake... not to be. He requested waffles and DD agreed. I was out voted.

I won't tell how many I ate..... but I haven't had them in about 6 months.

Off to consider going bathing suit shopping on laying on the couch and reading..... shop or read.... veg or walk alone..... it's a tough choice.
