Book ???

I was reading a post a few minutes ago that had a reference in it to a "Little Hormone Book" that some doctor wrote. I can't seem to find that post now. Can someone help me?

I did a search of these forums and did not find anything for the "Little Hormone Book"

The book in the above thread is most excellent. I've only read about half of it but so far it is really good.
