Hair Loss Information

Ladies

A few days ago one of our local news reporters did a segment on hair loss. I paid particular attention to it because I a dealing with it right now.

I learned a lot more than I expected to. Hair loss can be genetic. Aren't we lucky? It can affect hormone levels before, during and after menopause.

It can often be a sympton of something else going on in the body. It can be medicatio, dieting or STRESS!

Can I see a show of hands of how many of you have experienced STRESS in your life? What happens when we are under stress our hair says hey lets stop growing. When your stress level improves the hair that wasn't growing falls out. Eventually new hair will grow back. That is what happened with the women on tv.

I learned something new and wanted to share it with you.
