Broccoli Bacon Quiche

4 slices of bacon
4 eggs
1 cup of half-and-half
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups Broccoli flowerets
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
Tomato slices


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit

Cook bacon until crisp, set aside

Beat eggs with half-and-half and swiss cheese

Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper

Crumble bacon. Stir 1/2 of the bacon into the egg mixture

Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie plate

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.

Top with remaining bacon. garnish with sliced tomatoes
