Gas pain with a TVH--natural remedy?

Hi Sisters!

2 quick questions regarding gas pains and TVH.

Do you get gas pains with a TVH?

If so, can anyone recommend a natural remedy to help with the gas? I would like to keep with more natural supplements as much as possible.

I already take probiotics, but I don't know if this helps in reducing gas.

Peppermint tea worked wonders for me.

I didn't have a problem with gas after my TVH. I did a lot of walking and maybe that's what helped me.
