14 days p/o and bleeding

Hi i had a vgh on 28th april and have so far had a trouble free recovery havnt needed any pain relief but ive always sufered from constipation and this evening i went to the toilet for a bm and ten minutes later ive started to bleed its bright red and ifeel like i have stitch in my side im not bleeding much but should i be worried or is this normal as i havnt bled at all untill now any advice woild be appriciated
