Hair loss anyone?

Did any of y'all have some hair loss post-op. I am 4 weeks post-op and for the first 2-3 weeks I had MORE hair than I started out with, it was wonderful...but now I seem to be losing a lot each day...is it kinda like pregnancy, where your hair thickens up and then after, you lose that hair? Is it hormonal...will hair products work, ie...rogaine for women, over the counter or does anyone else have a remedy?

I gotta tell you girls with my droppy boobs and hair loss, I ain't feeling real sexy and all...I am hoping these situations will remedy themselves!!!

I have suffered from hair loss on and off for 7 years. This is particularly bad when going through hormonal changes. Since my last bout one year ago I have been using a product called 'Nourkrin'. It comes in tablet form and contains natural ingredients. After 3 months of use the hair thickens dramatically. I have never had such a head full of hair.
