Is the estrogen making me constipated?

I had my TAH/BSO Nov. 27, about 6 months ago. I am STILL having constipation problems! I need help! I am trying to drink more water and eat more fiber, am trying miralax. But this stuff still doesn't work regularly. I really don't know what else to try!!!
Do any of you, or have any of you had the same problem? I just want to be regular again.
Just wondering also if the Vivelle Do (estrogen) could be making me constipated!

Not sure if estrogen is the culprit but I do suffer from constipation since my hyster also. I added a good acidophilus supplement which has been the only thing that has really worked.
Having surgery, you are given antibiotics before and after. It can kill off the good bacteria (as well as the bad) in the gut. Adding acidophilus will restore a healthy enviroment in the gut.
