Muscle problems

Hey Sisters,
have any of you had muscle issues. I have recently injured my shoulder and cannot get the thing to heal. Also I have noticed more muscle spasms, poor muscle tone and many cramps. Do any of you have some tips on how to deal? I am currently not allowed to take testosterone because of PCOS. so, anything besides that ....let me know please I am hurting.

I'm sorry you are having problems. What does your Dr say? Do you think you are getting the calcium and magnesium you need? That would be my first thought.

I have been helped a little when my muscles spam, by applying just a small amount of OTC progesterone cream to the area that is spasming. You don't want to use too much though, as my Dr told me that progesterone cream can raise our testosterone levels if too much is used. My relief, when I tried this was immediate. If you don't get a very quick relief, I would hesitate to use more.

I do think you should discuss your symptoms with your Dr , so he can determine if you have a deficiency of some kind and how best to treat you. He might need to run some tests to check your hormone levels and blood chemistry.
