im home from the castle

and i feel great i had a tah with bso on july 30 spent 2 nights in the castle and im home now feeling great waiting is the worst part

Hi Payton, welcome home Now that you are a there are certain protocol that you must follow. 1. rest 2. drink lots of water 3. no lifting 4. rest and 5 . rest. I hope that you continue to feel good , rest lots to allow yourself to heal. Love always x x

Glad you doing well know lets get lots and lots of rest and make sure if you are starting to feel like you have a lot energy don't try to go above and beyond the call of duty. Some of our sisters have tried that once they were feeling they had a little more energy some ended back at the hospital. so please take it easy for a safe and comfortable recovery. I have 17 days to go. See you on the other side soon.
