Good Morning Hatrick and everyone still to post today!!
It's a beautiful morning here in Mid-Michigan. The sky is bright blue, the birds are singing, and the temperatures are lovely. No A/C here...yet.
I'm working hard to get ready for our weekend company, but it's a good cleaning that I've been putting off. So lots and lots of good feeling exercise while I work some each day to get this house the good spring/summer cleaning that it really needs.
No Curves today, but I'll get out this morning and walk. Then lots of steps while I work around here today.
We're approaching the end of the Woman's Challenge. Don't forget to post your steps gals...Let's keep this going strong until the end.
Have a BEST OP day everyone!
 and more

Good morning Hatrick & Nancy and all following,
Bright and smoggy here in Atlanta...I'm still hanging out in the hotel...R&R...reading and relaxing...I'm caught up on sleep!
Food is...ok...not able to get out for lunch again so have breakfast leftovers for lunch...apples & yogurt.
Exercise...minimal...hopping again.
My broken leg is sooooo skinny compared to the good one...especially with the compression stocking on...atrophy happens really fast!
Regarding the challenge...I had to really lower my expectation of myself with a broken leg and drastically lower my goals.
Let's finish strong team!
See you on chatter.

Ali-do what you can, I can't even imagine having a broken leg
Nancy-happy cleaning, will you come to my house next
Hatrick-so glad you are back and had a good time.
Haven't been here in a few days
have been OP except for Sunday at the funeral, wasn't comfort food, just mind on other things and didn't really pay attention.
But I am down 2 lbs and feel like it is off to stay not just my normal up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs thing.
I had really increased my walking and in doing so my foot has been bugging me, so last week started riding my Schwinn airdyne bike, it moves upper and lower body, and gives me a lot better work out.
hello to all that follow
will OP today.

Hi All
My is up a few pounds as well. The past few days have not been as OP as they should. But then we all have those good/bad days, weeks, years. I was so puffy this morning my joints were killing me. This will improve during the next few days as I get over my cravings for salty things.....
...how's that for optimistic?
Sunday was a lovely lay in the pool on my float reading and dozing. When my book got wet I figured it was time to get out. LOL. Then it was off to a Surf baseball game. They lost. Oh well. Had a good time that evening.
Monday was busy - I can't exactly remember all I did. But ended up walking and my DH joined me! Wow - now there's excitement. LOL - he doesn't talk when we walk. I missed my neighbor. LOL.
*Hi's to Phillipians446 - we just BEST! Hope you will also.
*Hattrick - welcome home. Glad you had a lovely vacation.
*Nanno - no worries about the small gain. I'm sure with your committment it's gonna come back off. HUG!
*Ali - wonder if they can make Hotel Hallway Crutch Walking a new conversion excerise on the Challenge conversion chart?
*Desk - do you use a daily pill container? Since most days in summer (I usually only use my Celebrex in cold weather) I only take my vit & B12, I still use my daily pill container and I never miss them. My ambien bottle is on my night stand so I don' t miss it when I get into bed.
*Kay - OP=on program=on plan=optimistic people. ;-)
*Val - woohoo on the 2 lbs gone!!
*Nancy - no air for us today either. It was simply glorious!!!
Didn't get my walk in this evening due to our mustang guy comming to look at Baby. Seems she needs to go back to his corral to have some work done. But I did get the pool cleaned, weeding in the flower beds done, and finished the laundry. So excerise steps were very good.
Here's to finishing the last 2 weeks of the Challenge with the team earning some much needed points!!
