Breasts and ERT

Hello ladies,
I have noticed that since I started ERT in Dec. that my breasts are different, more lumpy, bumpy and now, sore.
Do any of you have this experience? I am on the Vivelle Dot .075, and it does not always cover my "warm flushes" . I get them the night before I change my patch, so I don't think I am at too high of a dose. I know that we are suppose to do monthly breast exams, but it seems like every month I have a new set of breasts!!!
Help me ladies, what are your experiences?

Breasts and ERT

Do you use any progesterone? Maybe adding some natural progesterone would help your breasts.
Dr Uzzi Reiss's book, Natural Hormone Balance says lumpy breasts are a sign of progesterone deficiency. pg.101-102. Just a thought....

Your patch is wearing off early if you are becoming symptomatic. I had to change mine earlier than the 3 1/2 days...when I was using Vivelle patches.
