Ok BEST friends...I'm starting it 6 days in a row...I know you are all out there playing hard! Enjoy! Walk an extra thousand for me!

Went to a wedding (but not the reception) so was fine there.
Baby shower...I figured I'd eat the cake, had not planned on the ice cream (and they served me out by the pool so I ate it), but then i did NOT eat any more extra dessert...and I did ok on the dinner part too.
Lots of exercise...used the crutches for both places, up and down stairs...I'm getting much better at hopping around.

Ok, Off to get ready for church...catch you later today on Chatter.
