vaginal cream

Hi, I had a TAH w/everything removed, bladder tuck and posterior and antierior walls. I've been having soreness, dryness, extreme discomfort with intercourse to the point it has to stop, and my doctor is putting me on premarin vaginal cream, she said to use put it in the vagina at night for 3 wks.
Has anyone used this before and what kind of experience have you had. I am alittle scared to try it.

Hello! I am having to use this cream as well. My TAH/BSO was on 4-23. I wasn't healed internally at 11 weeks so my dr wants me to use 2grams twice a week until the pack runs out. My first time with my husband was very sore and dry, which she told me it might be. I've only used the cream one time, the second dose is tonight. I was afraid to use it too, but there hasn't been any burning. There is a thread on these boards on premarin cream that you might find helpful. I think if you just type in "premarin cream" you will find it and get some answers that will be more helpful than mine! Good luck!
