7 Weeks Today and Returned to work today!

Hello to all my sisters. I wanted to give you all an update.

I went back to work at the Airport today. (Part-time) Was a good day. VERY VERY HOT !!! About 108 heat index. I was glad to leave at 1 pm today! Worked 9-1 today and the rest of the week 2 pm till 6 pm... if you have a heavy job like me I suggest to go back part time to first week!!!

Not too tired. Building energy up .. it's getting better. Taking lots and lots of vitamins.

Went to a water park on Saturday walked all day! And cleaned al day Sunday and then went to work today, Ater all that I have been thru I never thought Iwas gonna get back.. for you ladies who knew my story of infection and shots .. it was a mess! Ohh and my hormones being too off that Iwas almost suicidal. But now that my dose of Pemerim is 1.625 I feel soo much better.

Lastnight I woke up every hour on the hour and had hot flashes. Not sure if I was excited about work or what. But the hot flashes had seemed to be under control. I'll keep and eye on them I see my Doc again this Friday for my 8 week check up. Hope I get the green light.

I'm still bleeding from my infection and hematoma. 7 weeks is long enough!!! I'm soo tired of it.. even though its light.. its still just aggervating!!!
She said I could bleed for 3 months... ugh!!!!

I'm just happy to be back into life again.... happy to feel better... happy that its all over.. well almost.. as soon as I get a green light from my Doc.

Swimming has felt soo good. Was really sore after though. But if anyone can get to a pool .. it feels great!

Ladies take it easy if you need to ... tap a nap if you have to and listen to your body. And best of all ... there is a light at the end of the tunnell. If you'd ask me 3 weeks ago if i'd do this again I would have said NO... but now at 7 weeks..the answer is YES! Its just takes time... be patient .. and take care of yourself!

Oh yeah... forgot to say NO SEX DRIVE! IS this nomal for 7 weeks? Is there something I can do to get it back? HELP!

I found you buried in the post op files. You might try reposting with your last question for more answers to that question. I have heard that many women are ***** until they hit the 6 week mark and then it drops to nothing! I am only five weeks post op and still dying to be released. I sure hope it doesn't go away. Maybe someone further along will know more. I have heard testosterone helps also.
