Potato Salad
Ingredients:
10 lbs. russet potatoes
Quart of best foods Mayo
½ large size Del Monte Sweet pickle relish
2 green onion bunches
2 small cans chopped olives
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Boil potatoes whole until good and done.
Stick in fridge overnight (makes them easier to cut!)
Peel and cut
Chop onions and add them with the relish, olives and lots of salt & pepper
This is my mother's recipe that she used for the restaurant my parents owned when I was growing up. EVERYONE loves this and it's very simple to make. This is the make for a crowd amount!
