lap pillow

Hi,
I am thinking about ordering the lap pillow. My LSH will be on Sept. 16. Will I get the pillow before then? I'm also wondering is the pillow fluffy soft or firm? Just wanting ideas of what it's like before I order it. I have a cat and he walks on me some times during the night, would this help?

The pillow is firm and is encased in a canvas tote bag. Any smallish pillow would work!

Yes, if you order today, we ship within 24 hours (usually) and it is sent priority USPS mail.

I can't register for the store.
But I keep getting errors that I didn't fill out all the forum.
I did, i even coppied and pasted the password I wanted to use into both password boxes.

No luck.

Vera, please contact the store "contact us" form. WHen the store workers get to the office in the morning, they will reply to your request of help.

I can tell you that you need to make sure there are no additional spaces in any of the form (like before the zip code or after the email) and if you are trying to register, then make sure you TYPE the password - do not copy and paste - which usually means there can be spaces in the password you can't see. Customers register every day - so it is possible. Just take your time and fill in without additional spaces.

And if you still have problems, email the store and those in the office can help you when they arrive in the morning.

I was thinking of getting a charm for my silver charm bracelet after my surgery. A princess crown with some pink jewels in it. Does the store carry something like that? I didn't see it, but thought I might suggest it to you.

I am wondering about the Chillow and/or ChillowPlus.

How does it actually work? Once it's activated, how long will it keep keeping you cool? Does it wear out after a while and need to be replaced??

You can find the answers to your questions on the description pages of the product in the store. It does not wear out (unless its years and years later...which most things need to be replaced after years of use.)

How does the Chillow® work?

Is it supposed to be cool all the time?
