Re: Store Product questions

Thanks Kathy, that's not exactly what I meant though. I mean, do you have to fill it with water or something? What makes it activated?

I'm glad to hear that it will last years and years!!!

Re: Store Product questions

It comes with instructions for activating. It is a matter of adding water to the product which does not evaporate nor need to be reactivated more than once. (More information on the activation process with the manufacturer instructions inside the package. I'm just telling you about it based on my memory. )

Re: Store Product questions

Hello,
I want to order either
the Swelly Belly band (vertical)
or
the Perfect Pocket Abdominal Binder with 2 Cool Packs.
I know that the Swelly Belly is wet and cold but is it wet only in the front where it will lay on the abdominal area?
I'm not too thrilled about trying to heal up and being cold and wet all around my midsection. Maybe at just the front incision area would be ok.
I ask because there are more testimonials for the Swelly Belly that it does a good job to promote healing.
I'm trying to make a decision on which one to get.
Would the Perfect Pocket Abdominal Binder with 2 Cool Packs work just as well.
My surgery is coming up soon. April 5th.
Your help would be appreciated.

Re: Store Product questions

The swelly belly band has been around a lot longer therefore there are more testimonials - but the perfect pocket was created to provide a cold, compress (or hot) to the belly without the wet - because we have many women who do not like the wet part of the swelly belly band.

I would recommend the perfect pocket.

Re: Store Product questions

Thank you for your reply.
I wanted to know how far the wet part extends around the waist on the Swelly Belly band. That will help me make my decision.
I've contacted also the store through this site a few hours ago. They haven't gotten back to me yet.

Re: Store Product questions

The store is closed until Monday morning - the wet is on the front but many girls still do not like anything wet on them.

Re: Store Product questions

Just a quick note to let you know how fabulous your service was. I got the order quickly and love both the pillow case and the cotton control panties, they are the best! It's 108 degrees out here where I live and I am not sweating a bit, but don't have to hold my tummy when I walk around. Super. Also, thanks for all the goodies and info that the order was packed with, and the personalized notes! You guys rock! There is so much info and coupons that I am still needing time to go through it all. Thanks a bunch!

Insurance Reimbursement For Binder

Hi,

I was wondering how I go about filing this claim with my insurance company.

I called them up and had no information for them whatsoever (boy did I feel silly!)

Any information is appreciated!
