LAVH/BSO on the 22nd and cramping REALLY BAD...is this normal??

I woke up this morning cramping so bad I feel like I am going to start one of those heavy painful periods. I was spotting( just barley ) last night but nothing this morning. Is this normal....should I call the dr or just wait it out. I don't want to have to call every time something changes but I don't want to over look anything either! I also woke up with alot of does that have anything to do with it? I'm also very achy all over.My tummy has been VERY swollen too! What to do??

I have had the same problems. Sounds like you have gas pains. If you are not using gas-x, I suggest you do. Works wonders. Also, I use Ducolax and it is working good also. Don't get a laxitive, you need a stool softener. Good Luck and hope you are feeling better soon.

That's what I don't understand because I was taking stool softeners and I never did have a BM. I had plenty of gas but no movement. Then my Dr put me on milk of mag. I stopped taking that b/c now I have the runs! So I really don't know what to do. I guess I will try the gas-x next!

Thanks b/c I never even thought of gas pains! lol
